The rules for using api-fortnite.com and the underlying API services.
Welcome to api-fortnite.com, operated by Yael BRINKERT and Royal Arena (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our API, services, or website (together, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The ServiceOur API provides access to Fortnite-related data and features (item shop, player statistics, leaderboards, replay parsing, and more). You agree to use the API and website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We are an unofficial API. We have no relationship with Epic Games: Epic Games has not endorsed, sponsored, or approved this Service. Data is retrieved from Epic Games services and availability of that data is outside our control (see Section 8).
2. Accounts and AuthenticationAuthentication is handled through Discord OAuth. By creating an account, you agree to:
The Service is offered as a Free tier and paid subscription tiers. Each tier includes daily request quotas and, where applicable, daily replay parsing credits. The exact quotas, credit costs per endpoint, and included features are described on the pricing page and in the documentation. It is your responsibility to read them before subscribing.
Paid subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. Payments are also subject to Stripe's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Please read this section carefully before subscribing.
Our Service is a digital service supplied immediately after payment. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once performance of a digital service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of that right.
Nothing in this section limits the statutory legal guarantees or mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. Fair Use and Prohibited ConductYou may not:
The code, design, and content of this website and API are owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without prior written consent. You retain ownership of the applications you build on top of the API.
Fortnite and related assets are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. We use Epic Games services and data to serve our endpoints. We are not partners of Epic Games, and Epic Games has neither consented to nor been notified about this API. This is not an official API.
8. Availability, Third-Party Dependency and SupportWe work hard to keep the Service fast and reliable, and we publish a public status page. However, the Service depends on upstream Epic Games systems that we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or the permanent availability of any specific endpoint or data field. Temporary interruptions, maintenance windows, or upstream changes do not entitle you to a refund or compensation, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis by email and Discord. Pro subscribers receive priority support.
9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption) arising from your use or inability to use the Service. To the same extent, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law (e.g. gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury).
10. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our services if you violate these Terms. In case of termination for violation, no refund is due for the remaining subscription period. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
11. CookiesWe use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (Better Auth) and cookieless analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.
12. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email/Discord. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law, Mediation and DisputesThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be handled in the competent courts of Mulhouse, France, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules protecting consumers.
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge for any unresolved dispute. Before resorting to mediation, please contact us first at support@api-fortnite.com — most issues are resolved directly.
14. ContactFor questions, contact us at support@api-fortnite.com or on Discord.
